NOAA, The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, conducts research and gathers data about the global oceans, atmosphere, space and sun, and applies this knowledge to science and service that touch the lives of all Americans.
A Commerce Department agency, NOAA provides these services through five major organizations and numerous special program units. In addition, NOAA research and operational activities are supported by the Nation's seventh uniformed service, the NOAA Corps, a commissioned officer corps of men and women who operate NOAA ships and aircraft, and serve in scientific and administrative posts.

Constant designed, manufactured and installed for NOAA's NSOF (NOAA Satellite Operations Facility). The NSOF is the operational control center for all of NOAA's United States Environmental Satellites. These satellites are (among other things) used for Search and Rescue Operations and Weather Forecasting/Monitoring.

Constant integrated 44 custom LCD command consoles into the NSOF. In addition, 84 workstations were brought in for the adjacent Launch Control Rooms (LCR). These rooms are used to manage and control the launching of NOAA's Environmental Satellites.
